KA Realty owner, Samantha Howard, has a passion for real estate, which started when her and her husband, Reese, bought their first investment property.  Samantha was born and raised in the Alamogordo area, and went to school on a military base until the 8th grade. This experience exposed her to the military way of life exposed me to the effects PCS’ing has not only on the active duty service member but the rest of their family as well.

Everyone at KA Realty knows buying a home is truly a whole family decision and, therefore, strives to make the home buying process and stress free and as fun as she can.  They put their clients needs above their own and strive for honest and transparent relationships with their clients at all times.
